First draw and Flush Testing. First draw samples must be collected from a tap in which water has stood motionless for at least 6 hours. Flush samples should be taken from the same tap however; the water should be run for 15-20 minutes before taking the flush sample.

4. Return your sample.
Return ALL samples to our location within the required time to our location in Waterbury, CT. Please note that most samples must be returned the SAME DAY you sample.
5. Receive your reports.
Reports will be available via emailed pdf or mail within 5 to 7 business days.
